Come Buy with Me!
Wanted: Complete stranger to buy house with. This maybe something you have not seen but that’s one of the newest buying concept where you can buy a home with a complete stranger if you cant afford to buy on your own. Strange as it may sound, the idea is just borrowed from the fact you can look for romance or partner online but why not a mortgage sharer.
As prices of properties continue to skyrocket beyond the reach of many in Zimbabwe, the idea would me for people who want to buy properties to put their resources together and buy a house. Not everyone has partners, relatives or friends that they can buy a house with.
What are you thought about it. Would you ever consider co-buying? Maybe its time someone sets up a Zimbabwean website where would be budding homeonwers can meet with other would be co-owners.

The concept is fantastic and have come accross it here in the UK, do you seriously think it will work though back home?

Co-buying should be seriously considered by many of us who would otherwise find it difficult to get started on this rather serious pursuit of owning property. As the saying goes, “you can’t go wrong on mortar & bricks”. Any number up to 5 people or more can get together and make their dreams of being property owners a reality. I am in, count me in please. Spread the risk , spread the cost and share the profit, sounds fine by me.
