February 5 - Mega Tuesday: More than 20 state primaries, including California, New York, New Jersey and Illinois
March 4 - Ohio, Rhode Island, Texas, Vermont primaries
April 22 - Pennsylvania primary
June 3 - Last primaries: Montana, New Mexico and South Dakota
August 25-28 - Democratic Party nominating convention in Denver, Colorado
September 1-4 - Republican Party convention in Minneapolis-St Paul, Minnesota
November 4 - General elections for president, all members of House of Representatives, one-third of US Senate
